Vrai Caillou Bordeaux Superieur
The
wine is a dark crimson color and is an elegant, silky, traditional claret
with good structure and supple, well balanced tannins. The bouquet is packed
with ripe black cherry and cassis and the flavor is full of layers of intense
blackcurrants, violets, vanilla, earth and spice.

Rosso
Sicilia
Rosso is a tribute to the oldest and most typical Sicilian grapes, Nero
d`Avola, also called Calabrese. The synonym Calabrese is an “Italianization”
of the old Sicilian dialect name for the species “Calavrisi” which means
literally “Avolla grape” or” grape originating in Avola”. Perhaps first used
in the provinces of Siracusa and Ragusa, over the years it spread to some
extent throughout Sicily but not Etna. Great red wines can be made from this
species. The most important and typical feature is the bouquet of red fruit,
which remains after long years of aging. But the great diversity of the
production areas in the North, South, East and West of the island gives
special character to the Nero d’Avola they produce.

Beaulieu Picpoul de Pinet
Fresh
and fine aromas of grapefruit and exotic fruit. Lime flavors, with typical
focusing acidity, are hallmarks of Picpoul. Picpoul means “lip
stinger”, which refers to its high acidity. This wine is fresh, clean
and fruity in style. Great with oysters and seafood. A great value, this wine
impresses novices and hardened geeks equally. Known as ‘the Muscadet of the
South’ in France, this is to the Mediterranean coast of France what Albariño
is to northwest Spain…the default wine for fresh shellfish.

Sauvignon Blanc
Sourced
from the South Island of New Zealand, this Sauvignon Blanc exhibits
complexity and a vibrant zing. Flavors of Meyer lemons and Key limes
integrate with hints of grapefruit, gooseberry and citrus, culminating in a
long, creamy finish. Long, cool seasons in New Zealand’s Marlborough region
allow our grapes to mature slowly and gain character and complexity. The
grapes are harvested at night and gently crushed before undergoing cool
fermentation in stainless steel tanks. An extended fermentation sur lie adds
richness and softness, complementing the fruit’s natural zest and acidity.
2 Cupcake
Chardonnay
A
big, rich wine from California’s Central Coast, our full and elegantly
textured Chardonnay has decadent levels of butter, cream, bright citrus and
vanilla. These layers melt into a balance of oak and subtle spice. This wine
epitomizes the Central Coast’s crisp and vibrant Chardonnay character. We use
a malolactic fermentation to impart rich buttery flavor, then leave the wine
sur lie to achieve a full, soft body. Aging for nine months in premium
American oak barrels enhances the golden color, adds creamy texture, and
injects nuances of subtle toasty oak and spice.

Playa Merlot
A
pleasant garnet color. On the nose, plums, almonds with hints of ginger. The
palate has pronounced cherry with good acidity and soft finish.

Tempranillo
The
grapes were gently crushed and fermented in small, temperature-controlled
stainless steel tanks. Specially selected yeast (Assmannshousen and ES488)
was used on two-thirds of the lots to enhance color and flavor extraction
without harsh tannins. The other third underwent a native fermentation, which
gives this wine intensity and complexity. The tanks were pumped over twice a
day until nearly dry, then pressed and aged in oak barrels for 22 months. We
like to use an assortment of French, Hungarian and American oak and only 20%
new to avoid over-oaking. This wine was further enhanced by blending in 10%
Tannat and 7% Graciano to give it depth, richness and improve structure.

Cabernet Sauvingon
The
grapes were gently crushed and fermented in small temperature controlled
stainless steel tanks. Specially selected yeast was used to enhance color and
flavor extraction without harsh tannins. The tanks were pumped over twice a
day until nearly dry, then pressed and aged in oak barrels for 14 months. We
like to use an assortment of French and American oak and only 22% new to
avoid over oaking. Petit Verdot and Merlot were added to the blend to enhance
mouth feel and richness. Syrah adds a touch of spice.

A
bright and juicy Merlot with notes of plum, dark chocolate and roasted
coffee notes. Bright and juicy, this wine is full of sweet fruit
characteristics balanced by firm tannins.

Roof Red Blend
A
triple play of Zinfandel, Merlot and Petite sirah, this wine is seriously big without being
overpowering. Each grape contributes unique characteristics to the wine.
The Petite Sirah provides black pepper and blue fruit flavors, while the
Merlot offers notes of black cherry and green olive. The
Zinfandel imparts additional sophisticated berry and spice flavors.
Full-bodied and rich in character, this wine can easily be enjoyed on
its own or with any hearty style dish, like a beef stew or rib-eye
steak.
4 Craneford
Bouquet Blend
This
wine smells of black plums and sweet black cherries with notes of licorice -
all in a slightly reductive fashion. The reaction you get when you smell this
is that you’re about to savor something that’s big and very sweet. In the
mouth it’s vibrant and sweet and perhaps a little deceptive since it’s hard
to discern exactly which varietal is dominant. Nonetheless it’s absolutely
delicious and soft easy drinking.

Allyson Semillon / Sauvignon Blanc Blend
A
crisp vibrant wine with up front fruit flavors. The nose and palate are
dominated by passion fruit, lemon and lime. A fresh crisp acid finish
enhancing the citrus characters on the palate with great length. This would
make a lovely summers drink by the pool.

Allyson Shiraz
A
lovely fruity, light style of Shiraz. With a nose and palate dominated by
fruit flavour. Overall, this wine displays smooth light tannins which
integrate with the dominant berry flavours.

Allyson Cabernet Sauvignon
An
easy drinking style with up front berry fruit flavours on the nose and
palate. A lovely palate of savory characters with a firm tannin finish.
4 Rumchata RumChata’s
ingredients are hand selected from all around the world. It’s not easy
crafting the best tasting cream liqueur in the Universe, but it’s a challenge
we’ve taken head on. Every delicious batch of RumChata is mixed up from
scratch and contains our own unique blend of premium Caribbean rum, which is
selected for its light and smooth character. We then take that rum and
homogenize it with the finest dairy cream from Wisconsin.   The
final step of our process is blending in our own unique flavors, which come
from six different countries and as far away as Madagascar. With the
completion of each batch, we taste test it, hand bottle it, carefully pack it
up, and then it is finally ready for delivery to our dedicated fans far and
wide. There’s nothing we love more than providing our customers with the best
tasting cream liqueur ever—except maybe drinking the best tasting cream
liqueur ever.

Rounded
and supple, initial scents of pineapple and mango give way to aromas of pear
and vanilla. A sip reveals an ample mouthfeel laced with flavors of green
banana, baked apples and toffee. A delicate thread of acidity balances
lingering note of sweet
butter on the creamy finish.

Dark
purple in the glass, this Pinot Noir shows aromas of dried plums, black
currants and cola. On the palate, black cherry flavors and a silky mouthfeel
build on fresh acidity and well integrated oak flavors of vanilla and spice.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Aromatic
and concentrated, this Cabernet bursts out of the glass with aromas of black
cherries and dried black currants complemented by notes of espresso and sweet
oak. On the palate flavors combining dark chocolate and blueberries are
framed by drying tannins, leading to a clean finish with hints of caramelized
plums and spice. The plush tannins and strong dark fruit flavors of this wine
make it a perfect complement to marinated skirt steak with grilled onions, or
teriyaki chicken skewers.

Estate GSM Red
Ruby
and purple colored in the glass, this wine shows aromas of blueberry, dried
loganberries and hints of vanilla and cloves. On the palate, bright fruit
flavors of raspberries, red currants and blackberries integrate with a sharp
mid palate acidity and drying tannins on the finish.

make our gin in very small batches using our hand hammered gin head pot
still.  This uncommon step makes our gin crisp and very smooth on the
finish.  We’re proud to use unusual mix of traditional botanicals, all
sustainable harvested to give our gin a unique and refreshing character.

The
Grand Estates Chardonnay opens with rich fruit aromas of apples, melons and
pears, joined by signature notes of caramelized sugar and butterscotch. Lush
orchard fruit flavors are enhanced by buttery characters and lively acidity,
creating a vibrant, complex wine.

craft this wine to be our complex yet approachable Merlot. The wine offers

This
bold Cabernet opens with flavors of black cherries and blackberries with a

golden yellow color. On the nose, pineapple, honeycomb with hints of candied
ginger. It is a well-balanced concentrated wine with layers of ripe fruit.

Chardonnay
The
luscious opulence of this wine is evident by its beautiful golden straw
color. Aromas of spiced pears, caramel and baked apple are layered over
butterscotch and brown barrel spices. The flavors are an enticing play of
crisp apple and cream, Crenshaw melon and Crème brûlée. We make this rich,
full-bodied chardonnay in the traditional manner with barrel fermentation and
lees stirring to give the wine a luscious viscosity and elegance. This is a
wine that says, “Hello! You are going to like me.”

refreshing wine with lots of bright green apple.

taste of heaven in a bottle, Angel Food is a luscious, aromatic and delicate
blend based on Chardonnay grapes. Experience flavors of baked Granny Smith
apple, hints of toasty vanilla, and a long creamy finish. Angel Food combines
premium grapes harvested from some of California’s best viticultural areas.
We select vineyards that lend distinct characteristics to their fruits,
including structure, aroma and depth of flavor. Varietals are fermented
separately, blended, and put through a unique oak regimen to achieve our
signature creamy mouthfeel.

good balance and complexity.

The
nose offers ripe white fruit aromas such as pears and peaches that are
interwoven with delicate citrus and floral notes, such as Jasmine. The palate
shows rich and concentrated ripe pear, apple and apricot flavors with a light
note of minerality. The wine finishes long and complex with crisp, mineral
acidity.

Pinot Noir
Deep,
rich garnet color. The wine opens up with aromas of ripe berries, fresh
cranberry, candy apple and malted vanilla, some of which carries through to
the palate. There’s a hint of Granny Smith apple on first sip that
beautifully balances out the rich cream soda and cherry cola notes. It is an
extremely layered wine, both in structure and flavor, with a slight
earthiness and sweet oak on the finish. The wine almost contradicts itself,
managing to display freshness and maturity all at the same time, which is
achieved through careful blending.

& Kings Absinthe “Death in the Morning”
Traditional
absinthe botanicals – grande wormwood, anise, fennel and hyssop, together
with accent botanicals, are macerated in muscat low wine for approximately 18
hours and then distilled.  Pre-bottling dilution is done progressively
to avoid shocking the distillate and to open the natural flavors.

Smith Crush Harvest
Napa
Smith Crush is a medium bodied lager with a toasted malt aroma and soft
Oktoberfest beer character. In tribute to the grape harvest in Napa, we also
add a small amount of grapes to each batch. In keeping with the Bavarian
tradition of Oktoberfest, this Amber Lager incorporates the use of
traditional malts with low hop bitterness and a hint of fruit flavor.

Smith Pilsner
Our
Napa Smith Pilsner is balanced, complex and refreshing. We use traditional
Bohemian and Bavarian malts and add European Noble hops for a slightly spicy
aroma. This brilliant, straw colored beer is full of malt flavor with a
medium body and soft bitterness that won’t linger. The result is a beer that
brings the flavors of the Old World Pilsners to the New World.

Cellars Chardonnay
Napa
Valley Chardonnay characteristics that are unique to this region. This rich
and toasty Chardonnay boasts beautiful aromas of spice and home-baked apple
crisp with lush flavors of pear, lemon and apple and hints of tropical
pineapple that excite the senses. The wine has a round mouthfeel of
delicately balanced acid and fruit with a long and sweet crème brûlée finish.
This wine pairs particularly well with roast chicken and baked salmon.

Folie à Deux 2012 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir is deeply concentrated with intense
aromas of strawberry jam, dark cherry and graham cracker followed by
subtle hints of toasted spice. Precise and textured, this wine has dark,
briary fruit, toffee and notes of baked cherry on the palate. The finish is
long and smooth, supporting a structured and lush body. Enjoy a glass of
Folie à Deux 2012 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir with grilled chicken or fresh
vegetable fettuccine. An excellent food wine, this Pinot Noir also pairs well
with dessert, such as vanilla ice cream bathed in strawberry and dark

2011 Folie à Deux Alexander Cabernet Sauvignon embraces the essence of
Alexander Valley and the winemaker’s harmonious style – an elegant and supple
wine with medium-full tannins and a firm, acidic backbone. The nose boasts
prominent aromas of black currant and dark plum notes leading to flavors of
bright blackberry, rich cassis, and a long, lingering finish with big fruit.

Terra d’Oro Zinfandel Port displays aromas of raisined berry fruit, sugared

flavors also evoke raisin, cocoa, coffee and toffee. This delicious,
fortified wine is perfect omits own or as an accompaniment to chocolate,
chocolate, chocolate…don’t like chocolate? Try it with Stilton cheese and
toasted walnuts.

Chardonnay
This
Chilean Chardonnay features tropical flavors and hints of citrus that melt
together with a smooth creamy finish leaving you craving another glass.

Sweet
but not at all cloying; well-balanced and with an extremely refined
fruitiness. The bouquet is intense and very inviting, with delicate scents of
underbrush, musk and peaches. A straw-yellow color with golden reflections
and a delicate mousse.

Intense
salmon-pink. Fine and elegant nose with ripe red berries aromas and hints of
black pepper. Enjoyable wine, fruit driven, with overtones of sweet red

wine has a pale salmon hue with integrated aromas of fresh raspberry jam and
wild strawberries on a cream covered pastry base. The flavors are layered,
round, fresh, fruity and long.

Roederer Estate Brut is crisp and elegant with complex pear, spice and
hazelnut flavors. It is fresh and lightly fruity with great finesse and depth

Sauvingon Blanc

elegant and refined style of Sauvignon Blanc that is subtle and balanced,
with minerality and bright natural acidity. On the nose, aromas of citrus,
iron, wet stone and a hint of D ’Anjou pear tempt your senses, while a crisp
lightness, balanced acidity and underlying notes of fleshy grapefruit and
lime zest please the palate. The significant minerality and soft body rounds
out the wine. This Sauvignon Blanc was made to pair with food, yet is very
versatile.”

in color, the wine opens with opulent aromas of peach, apple, Meyer lemon and

well balanced by warm butterscotch and subtle coconut notes that seamlessly

is rich and intense with highly spiced flavour, typical of the Signargues

TGA Blanc
The
Tennessee Golf Association was founded on June 5, 1914 at Memphis Country
Club. The object of the organization, as stated in its constitution, was “to
promote the game of golf in the state of Tennessee.” In 2014, to commemorate
its centennial anniversary, the TGA has partnered with Stonehaus Winery to
produce TGA Blanc, a limited edition white that will help celebrate the
association’s storied past as well as its future endeavors.

A
very dry white wine made from the now popular grape variety “Pinot Gris”
(Gris is French for gray). It is the same grape variety used by the Italians
called “Pinot Grigio.” It is crisp with good citric overtones and lots of
